Well the Dr. has put me on 2 weeks of no lifting, bending, or much of any thing, taking 4 Advil 3 times a day for 2 weeks after that time he wants to try spinal steroid shots and then if that does not work we will look at what other options I have, so hurry up and wait as the norm.
